Open an Investment Account
The requirements:
- Copy of the commercial register
- Copy of the company’s articles of association and attachments, or the memorandum of association and attachments, including any amendments
- Copy of the identification card of the responsible manager
- Copy of the resolution appointing the board of directors
- Copy of the board of directors’ resolution approving the opening of the account and authorizing the authorized signatories
- List of authorized individuals to manage the account, consistent with the commercial register, and copies of their identification cards (signed copies)
- List of shareholders as listed in the articles of association and copies of their identification cards
- This requirement does not apply to joint-stock companies whose shares are listed on the stock market
- If the company’s activity requires a license from another governmental entity, a copy of that license must be obtained
And the following requirements are added if the account is in the name of a fund:
- Declaration and commitment to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules
- Copy of the fund’s license
- Copy of the fund’s terms and conditions
Note:
- All documents must be stamped with the company seal.
- Signatures must be from a registered employee or an authorized third party.
