Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Maather REIT for the financial period ended in 31 December 2018, as follows:

1. Total amount of distributed dividends is SAR 39,276,800
2. The cash distribution to be based on 61,370,000 units.
3. Distributed dividend per unit is 0.64 SAR. Which represents 6.4% of the initial unit price.
4. Cash distribution represents %6.41 of Net Assets Value as of Monday 31/12/2018, corresponding to 24/04/1440 H.
5. The eligibility of dividends will be to unit holders who are registered in the unitholder register by the closing of Monday, 2019/03/18 corresponding to 1440/07/11H (end of trading day, Thursday, 2019/03/14 corresponding to 1440/07/07H)
6. Distributions will be paid within 15 days from the eligibility date.
