Distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Al Ma’ather REIT.
“Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces the distribution of cash
Dividends to the Unitholders of the: Al Ma’ather REIT for six-months ending on 30/06/2025 as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends 20,252,100 SAR
2. Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 61,370,000 Outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.33 SAR for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 3.95% of the net value of assets as of “Monday
(05/01/1447 H.), corresponding to (30/06/2025 G)”
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the
Unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 25/02/1447 H corresponding to 19/08/2025 G
6.Dividends maturity period Sunday 23/02/1447H corresponding to 17/08/2025
7. Distributions shall be paid within (10 calendar days).
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions”.
