Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announces the distribution of cash
Dividends to the Unitholders of the: Al Ma’ather REIT for six-months ending on 30/06/2026 as follows:
1. Total distributed dividends 20,865,800 SAR
2. Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 61,370,000 Outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.34 SAR for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 4.15% of the net value of assets as of “Tuesday”
(15/01/1448 H.), corresponding to (30/06/2026 G)”
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the
Unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 05/03/1448 H corresponding to 18/08/2026 G
6. Dividends maturity period Sunday 03/03/1448H corresponding to 16/08/2026
7. Distributions shall be paid within (10 calendar days).
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
