As per the CMA Board issued resolution on 26/01/1439H corresponding 16/10/2017 G approving Muscat Capital request to offer, register and list AlMasha’ar REIT units on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as a real estate investment traded fund; we are pleased to announce the issuance of the final Terms and Conditions for your reference.
