Arab National Bank EGM held on Wednesday 27/03/2019 has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Thursday 28/03/2019 for Arab National Bank will be based on a share price of 24.74 SAR Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Monday 01/04/2019.
