Al Kathiri Holding Co. EGM held on Thursday 16/08/2018 has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Sunday 26/08/2018 for Al Kathiri Holding Co. will be based on a share price of 28.10 SAR  Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Tuesday 28/08/2018.
