In reference to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announcement dated on 15/03/1441H corresponding to 12/11/2019G. And due to National Agricultural Marketing Co. non-compliance with announcing its financial statements for the 3rd quarter 2019 during the specified period. The trading of the share will be suspended again starting from Wednesday 14/04/1441H corresponding to 11/12/2019G until the company announces its financial statements applying.
