According to Article 56, paragraph (a) of the IFR issued by the Capital Market Authority, Osool and Bakheet Funds manager announce a meeting for all of the funds unit holders on Monday 25/04/1438 H (01/23/2017 G) in the Company headquarters Riyadh – Olaya Street – Al-Akaria Complex III – 7th Floor, according to the following times:

This to vote on the proposed changes in the Funds terms and conditions that have been sent to all unit holders on their registered addresses at the fund manager (Osool & Bakheet Saudi Trading Equity Fund, Osool & Bakheet IPO Fund, Osool & Bakheet IPO Sharia Compliant Fund), and therefore, any existing Unit holders on 25/04/1438 H (23/01/2017) please attend the meeting in person or appoint other person to attend and vote on your behalf, and provide the company with a authorization letter certified by the chamber Of commerce or a registered bank one business day before the meetings, please make sure to come before the meeting begin, to complete the registration procedures with the importance of bringing the national identity, note that the quorum for the meeting is attend a number of unit holders who collectively own at least 25% of the total units value in the Fund.
